At Hiwell we are dedicated to the health and well-being of our customers, team members, business associates and community. Given the continually evolving circumstances related to COVID-19, we wanted to advise you of our current conditions.
Our manufacturing facilities remain open and fully operational. We have a supply of stock material at each location.
We are working diligently to protect all personnel. However, we are mindful of the important role our parts play in the supply chain. With critical medical, transportation, production and machinery applications – our parts are used in assemblies that improve health, deliver food, produce goods and work to keep life as normal as possible.
Well-before the current situation, we have operated with strict standards designed to protect the health and safety of our employees. We have increased access to personal cleaning supplies, shared information about personal hygiene best practices, and have increased supervisory oversight of employee health as part of our daily operations. Attendance policies have also been modified to ensure that any employee who is feeling sick is able to stay at home.
Recently we put in place a temporary no-visitors policy to further reduce risks. If you have a visit scheduled and have not already been contacted, please call directly at the number.
