Hiwell-Phenolic Resin Fabric Wear Strip for hydraulic systems is composed of a fine mesh fabric, special thermoseting polymer resin, lubricating additives, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) additives. This wear strip provides excellent vibration absorption, outstanding wear resistance, and dry running characteristics.
Applications:
The wear strip is specifically designed to support and guide pistons and piston rods in reciprocating hydraulic cylinders. It offers precise guidance and absorbs radial forces that may occur during movement. Additionally, it prevents metal-to-metal contact between sliding components, such as the piston and cylinder or the piston rod and cylinder head. The Phenolic Resin Fabric Wear Strip is widely used in hydraulic and other reciprocating, rotating, and oscillating systems. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications with high radial forces, particularly in scenarios involving heavy loads, high frequencies, long strokes, large piston or piston-rod clearances, and high-temperature environments. Recommended applications include bulldozers, excavators, forging presses, ceramic brick presses, steel rolling mills, metallurgical machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery, ship machinery, gate valves, and machine tools.
