Graphite (PTFE-CGF): Added in various amounts (5% to 15%), reduces coefficient of friction; reduces initial wear; increases strength.

PTFE filled graphite tube is based on polytetrafluoroethylene plastic as the material, filled with graphite reinforcement agent (or carbon fiber, etc.) after the reinforced plastic.

Graphite can improve the wear resistance of PTFE, thermal conductivity, self lubrication, electrical conductivity, heat resistance and deformation. Suitable for high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other environments, except for food, insulation, oxidant environment, graphite modified (enhanced, filled) PTFE can basically replace the original PTFE environment.

1. The operating temperature range is very wide (from -200 ℃ to +260 ℃);

5. Excellent insulation characteristics (regardless of frequency and temperature).

6. Water absorption is very low, and has a series of unique properties such as self-lubrication and non-viscosity.
